BUSH TOOLS sheaths are handmade, using two materials : Kydex and Leather.

Best of both worlds!

Kydex is molded to the specific knife, and used for the inner core of the sheath. This provides great fit, retention and safety.

Vegetable tanned leather is molded, glued and riveted. It is then hand-stitched (through kydex!), using the saddle stitch technique. This method ensures maximum reliability, and long-lasting resistance.

The result is quite unique on the market.
This is the perfect balance between the technical qualities of Kydex, and the timeless, classic look of Leather.

  • Go find the sheath that you like, THEN go out and get the knife . . . That's how GOOD these are. I purchased 3 of Quentin's leather goods and he is a lost artisan and has perfected his craft. You can't rate perfection. These will be different, and better than anything else you can buy AND provide far more satisfaction in ownership. Putting it on actually makes me want to go for a hike.
